Biblical Health Center Inc. Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) CHRIST JESUS-centered organization established to advance biblical reflection, education, compassionate support, and responsible public scholarship.

Our ministry is centered on sacrificial LOVE and forgivingness. We seek to communicate Scripture carefully, serve compassionately, and distinguish theological convictions and personal testimony from claims that require scientific or clinical evidence.

Our Founder

Messenger K. Hezekiah Scipio-Akpabla, PhD, MS, is a Christian minister, scholar, author, and founder of Biblical Health Center Inc. Nonprofit. In May 2026, at age 86, he earned his PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies from Regent University, eight years after the stroke that resulted in aphasia. His public work emphasizes sacrificial LOVE, forgivingness, aging, aphasia, accessibility, responsible biblical scholarship, and compassionate Christian service.
